The issue isn’t if the drugs work or not...
They clearly work for some people. The issue is as a community and society how are people becoming so overweight that they are literally losing a human...

I’m stoked for these guys that have lost te weight....but I’m hoping they have also started new habits so they don’t get hit with the severe rebound and end up with slightly less and less muscle....

Here’s a part of my journey I’ve never shared.
In 2017 I had severe imposter syndrome, my identitiy was a tradie from a small country town, not big enough, strong enough or smart enough to run and own a gym.

It took some work to get through this but I’m glad it happened. It taught me a lot about myself, I had to bulldoze those limiting beliefs before I could fully transform.

The transformation always starts between the ears..

As much as you want to look and feel better the mind has to be ready to change and build new habits and structures.

If you’ve felt like this. If you struggle with breaking through the identity of the “fat” kid, the kid who was always overweight or bad at sports, if you’ve never been the “athletic” type - your story isn’t defined by whats happended to you but by the decisions YOU make TODAY....

Stop waiting for your partner to “support” you - stop waiting for the right time - because the truth is so many people have been in the same position they have forgoton who the truly are...

The bright, bubbly, adventiours, outgoing person they once were....

Get yourslef ready... clear the mind, set a goal and get committed... if that’s you

Merete didn’t have a lot of weigth to lose when she started at BBR but her whole body has changed.

Her strength, posture and form have all improved significantly and she’s learnt the skills to lift weights safely.

Merete dropped around 3kg of fat when she first started, now shes kept it off and continues to reap the benefits of having great habits around her training and nutrtion...which is the actually flex.

It’s cool seeing people transform in a short amount of time BUT the key is where you land in 2-3 years time.
