*As many of you are aware, my gorgeous Golden Retriever, Winston, is going through chemo. His chemo is on Monday’s for a few more weeks, but after his treatment has finished there is potential for a 9.30am Reformer class also.

With a lot of sadness, the Hundred Pilates Studio will soon be closing its doors. I’ve had the privilege of working here since the beginning and I have instructed so many amazing movers and groovers over the last 5 years.

Please keep in touch here for updates on my schedule. Although it won’t be at The Hundred, I hope you keep the momentum of movement going, wherever that may be!

I am looking to add Matwork and Reformer classes to my week in a location not too far from Scarborough. I also have my private studio at home with 2 reformers. Another update is not too far away so watch this space! xx
