I am a Sport Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, and Basketball Coach providing 1-on-1 PT, group PT, and injury rehabilitation.
5 years of study as an exercise professional: Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Exercise Physiology at Murdoch University, Cert 4 in Sport Development and Athlete Services at Central Institute of Technology, and a Level 1 Basketball Coach at BWA. Basketball BG:
2 x TSWA university championships and 1 x National University Games championship in 4 yrs playing with the Murdoch Vikings. 1 x championship and 5 yrs with the Willeton Tigers Under 23s WABL and Division 1 SBL. Coached at Ignite Basketball for 4 years, practicum assistant coach for Guilford Grammar's under 16s and under 14s teams for 1 season, practicum assistant coach for BWAs under 16s National team for pre-season training, and practicum assistant Strength & Conditioning coach for Cockburn Cougars WSBL team for 2 seasons. I have access to any Genesis gym, Goodlife Carousel, Transitions Health & Fitness in Jandakot, the Armadale Arena and any local/neighbouring parks and recreation centres. WHEN

Box-fit: combining pad work with mostly body weight exercises. The Sweatshop: aimed at weight loss, combining aerobic and muscular endurance training. Better Basketball: anything from skills, drills, speed, agility and quickness and strength training for vertical leap. A generic 45 minute session: $60 between 1-4 persons, $100 between 5-9 persons and $10 per person for sessions with 10 or more.
