Today marked the final training at my our home of 19 years. A sad day. Great memories. Here’s to a new beginning.

Tonight was the last adult and teenagers karate class at the Focus&Be Studio in Bayswater. After 19 years it's the end of an era.

The end of an era after nearly 2 decades in Bayswater, but Sensei Nenad will continue to teach karate classes in Mundaring in the Perth Hills, and Taichi and Internal Arts will continue to be taught by Sensei Dan in North Perth.
Many thanks to all those who trained and supported our Academy at Focus&Be and we look forward to starting a new chapter!

Remembering Sensei Bob Davies who died on this day in 2018. We are grateful for the knowledge he imparted to us. He was an inspiration to all that were fortunate to train with him.

The AFTK WA seminar we hosted last weekend was a great success and very well attended. Many Thanks to Reece and Stuart Sensei for sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm.

We will be closed on Anzac Day 25th April.
