Congratulations to our Staff Trainer Cyrus Milne who presented both days at the recent LIWA conference.

Day 1 - Inspiring key note Impossible = I’m possible. A story of his 20km butterfly solo to Rottnest island, the invention of CyFly and the journey it took to get there. The presentation provided an insight into the mental strategies everyone can use to achieve their impossible goals.

Day 2 - A masterclass on how to teach butterfly in swim schools. Broken down into 4 easy steps simplifying the process for both teachers and swimmers. He also gave a first look at the mechanics around what makes CyFly butterfly sustainable over marathon distance.

We are very proud to have Cyrus on our team sharing his knowledge with our teachers.
