I am extremely grateful that I have shared this journey with my client. It has been wonderful seeing her grow in self confidence, get stronger and fitter and also shrunk in size. 7.5kgs down since January. Her goal was 55kgs by July and even tho it is not all about the number on the scale she is definitely heading in the right direction. This is why I love what I do ❤️
