We know the juggle is real. So we built classes around YOUR schedule:
☀️ Post school drop-off — 9:30am & 10:30am
🎒 Pre school pick-up — 1pm (30 min quickie) & 1:45pm Wed
30-45 minutes, done, back to your life. No guilt. No excuses. Just you, some reformers, and a really good feeling at the end.

Grab a couple of friends and make a morning (or lunch) of it. We've got barista made coffee, and for any NEW client who books tomorrow's 9:30am or 10:30am, or Wednesday's 1pm or 1:45pm, the coffee is on us - just mention this post.
