My heart is so full from July 🥹

This was probably the best month of my life and simultaneously, the hardest.

I’m a bit lost for words. The amount of incredible things I was able to fit into 4 weeks is actually wild.

I have never been so proud, stressed, bewildered and happy all at the same time.

I became a new person this month. In fact I would say I’ve been multiple people this month 😅

😣 The woman desperately trying to pull off an event amongst changing jobs, events and working harder and more hours than I ever have.
🤷🏼‍♀️ The woman who had to surrender to the universe to know that everything as going to work out, and if it didn’t, I’d find a way through it.
💪🏼 The resilient woman that was so calm in the chaos on the day of her event, she even shocked herself - amongst losing the tech guy the morning of, tech glitches and time changes.
💎 The woman who just pulled off the most incredible event of her life. Who had the freaking audacity and courage to pull off an event on her own and be the coolest bloody cucumber the whole day. Her self-belief just shot through the roof.
🔥The woman who turned 30 years young and ticked over a new decade as a woman who does what she says she will, reminded herself she is capable of literally anything and can’t wait for what this new decade brings.

I’m beyond grateful for the amazing people in my life & community - whether you stood by me this month through the crazy, supported me at the event, attended the event, had patience for me, joined my world or simply sent me a kind message or liked a post, thank you 🙏

I’m so excited for what’s to come! It’s true what they say, doing the hard thing is the scariest and fastest way to embody the next identity (or 5 🥲) that you’ve been chasing.

Let this post be proof to you that it is possible, even if you have 2 jobs, some lingering self-doubt and a propensity to focus on the details that will make your project amazing but are probably not the most important 😅

Can confirm at least one of those things has changed 🩷

Wow, where do I begin?

The Pick Me Girl Effect was live in Sydney yesterday and oh my goodness WHAT. A. DAY.

This room was so powerful. The way each and every woman leant in, pushed herself out of her comfort zone, spoke up, surrendered, dreamed bigger and connected with each other was the most beautiful thing to witness and support.

I am so incredibly proud of how these women showed up. We learnt some new things, we stepped into the identity we’re becoming, we spoke in front of a crowd of people (which almost 100% of the room said was a fear of theirs), realised our value and committed to some big audacious action.

Like whattt how did I get so lucky to do this as my job and serve these incredible women!!

Thank you all so much for being you, for getting involved and pushing yourselves to new limits.

And my team, I couldn’t have done it without you. So much happens BTS, we ended up with a person down on the day (a very important person - tech IYKYK) and the team stepped up and got it done. I am endlessly grateful to have had you by my side Bec Vize PIRAVINA Y💫

And finally, to the beautiful women who joined me on the stage and helped me facilitate this room.

Laura Struys | Business Wingwoman held the room with such a beautiful energy and made sure things flowed through each section of the day.
Shanaye | Psychic, Healer, Coach & Breathwork facilitated the most powerful breathwork session, helping the women integrate everything for the day, with Victoria Burley by her side. You made such a beautiful team together.

You both made the event what it was and it meant everything to have you there with me 🩷

I have nothing else to say except WOW, I’m still on a high, I might have to do this thing again 👀 And I CAN DO HARD THINGS 💪🏼
