Vicky and Sarah are always consistent with going to the gym, and you can tell. Both strong and fit women. Well done ladies, you are both an inspiration 💯🫶🌟🤩

The smallest adjustments often make the biggest difference. 👏🏼🍑

Today it wasn’t about lifting heavier… it was about lifting better.

A few simple tweaks:
✔️ Bench at bra strap height
✔️ Ribs stacked over hips
✔️ Heels pulled in slightly
✔️ Big toes lifted to drive through the heels

The result?

🔥 Better glute activation.
🔥 Less quad takeover.
🔥 The exercise instantly felt harder… with less weight.

If you’re doing hip thrusts but mostly feeling your quads or lower back, it’s probably not your glutes that are the problem—it’s your setup.

Sometimes all you need is someone to spot the little things you can’t see yourself.

Have you ever made one tiny technique change that completely changed an exercise? 👇🏼

The truth is… nobody is thinking about you as much as you think they are. 👀😂

While you’re worried about looking silly, someone else is out here doing pull-ups in an Oodie. 💙

Stop waiting until you feel confident.
Confidence comes after you show up, not before.

The gym isn’t about looking perfect.
It’s about getting stronger than the person you were yesterday. 💪✨

So wear the outfit, ask for help, learn the exercise, and take up space.

Your future self will thank you.

💜 Save this for the next time self-doubt tries to keep you home.

Tina and Tara's Tuesday Tips!
🚫 Stop relying on the barbell hip thrust pad for back squats!

One of the most common things I see is people using a bar pad for back squats before learning the correct bar position.

The bar should sit comfortably on the muscles of your upper back—not directly on your neck.

Taking a few minutes to learn proper setup can make your squats feel more stable, more controlled, and more confident.

Sometimes the best progress comes from improving your technique, not adding more weight.

💪 Save this for your next leg day.
