This is a must ready if you are Struggling with your Health right now. I received this from one of my clients today and I think it is important to share, I believe there are so many Men and Women out there with the same story, but just don't know where to start or they start with the wrong program that pushes them to fast to hard which causes them to quit. There is so much more to a fitness journey then walking into a gym and smashing out a workout, yes that is important but it's also educating yourself about nutrition, sleep, and prioritising correctly. Coaches are here to help Educate, Motivate, keep you accountable but also our job is to find out what you need, where you should start, how fast and hard we can push you, know when we have to pull back and take your day into consideration.

“When I first walked into Tailored Fitness, I was a 50-year-old who was lacking motivation, constantly feeling tired, and struggling to get through the day without needing an afternoon sleep. My energy levels were low, my focus wasn't what it used to be, and I was steadily putting on weight. With a demanding corporate career, I found it increasingly difficult to maintain the energy and mental clarity I needed both at work and in my personal life.

She has taken the time to understand my goals, challenge me when needed, and support me every step of the way. Her knowledge, motivation, and genuine care have been instrumental in helping me achieve results that I once thought were out of reach.

If someone had told me a few years ago that regular exercise and improving my diet would make me feel ten years younger, I probably would have laughed. Today, I can honestly say it's true. I feel healthier, stronger, more energetic, and far more confident than I have in many years.

This journey is far from over—it's an ongoing commitment, and I know there will always be new goals to work towards. But thanks to Anita and everyone at Tailored Fitness, I've built habits that have genuinely changed my life for the better.

A Huge Thanks to all participants in today’s Simulation you all did amazing, to all returning racers well done to committing to yourself once again. To all first timers you did an amazing job look forward to seeing you in August. A few little thank you’s to Kilo Bakery & Coffee for treating the crew, to on of my amazing members Bree for volunteering her time to help keep the team honest, my boys for wake up at 5.30am on a Sunday and helping me get everything set up and keeping the team hydrated and helping with the judging 😘.
