🔥 PRELIMINARY FINALS ARE HERE! 🔥

Four Kingsley teams. Four huge games. One simple equation — win and you’re into the Grand Final. Lose and the season is over.

This weekend our Y07–08F Lions, Y07 Cats, Y08 Cats and Northern Knightcats Y11–12M Black all take the field with everything on the line.

The action kicks off Friday night before three massive games on Sunday, and we’d love to see as much red and blue support around the grounds as possible.

These teams have worked all season to earn their place at this stage of the year. Now it’s time to leave absolutely everything out there.

🏅50-GAME MILESTONES 🏅

With the Super Sixes tournament underway, two of our players have managed to sneak in their 50-game milestones this week!

Congratulations to:

🔴 Spencer Irvine — Year 6 Lions
🔵 Michael Alvarez — Year 6 Cats

Reaching 50 games is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the commitment, effort and enthusiasm both boys have shown throughout their junior football journeys.

We hope Michael and Spencer are incredibly proud of this milestone and enjoy celebrating it with their teammates, coaches, families and friends.

Congratulations on 50 games, boys! We look forward to watching you enjoy many more in the red and blue.

🍰 CAKE STALL & FATHER’S DAY RAFFLE – THIS SATURDAY! 🎟️

Make sure you stop by the Cake Stall and Father’s Day Raffle at this Saturday’s Auskick wind-up!

There’ll be plenty of delicious homemade cakes, slices, cupcakes and treats available, plus some fantastic Father’s Day hampers and prizes up for grabs.

This week marks the first weekend of finals, with several Kingsley teams earning their place and ready to represent the Red and Blue.

We also have our YR6 Super Sixes teams in action across Wednesday and Saturday, adding to another big week of footy for the club.

Good luck to all our players, coaches, team managers and volunteers. Finals footy is always a great reward for the effort put in across the season, so enjoy the occasion, support your teammates and give it everything.

Families, get around the teams where you can and help create a strong Kingsley atmosphere across the weekend.

Yesterday marked the final day of the season for our Mods teams, followed by our end-of-season wind-up to celebrate what has been an absolutely fantastic year of football.

It was great to see all of our players, families, coaches, team managers and volunteers come together to celebrate everything achieved throughout the season — from the improvement on the field to the friendships, teamwork and memories made along the way.

A massive thank you to everyone who has contributed throughout the year and helped make the season such a success. Most importantly, congratulations to all of our Mods players — you should be incredibly proud of the way you represented Kingsley Junior Football Club throughout the season.

We hope everyone enjoyed yesterday's celebrations and has some well-earned time off before we do it all again next year!

West to West Group

📢 FINAL LOST PROPERTY CALL! 🔴🔵

We’ve gathered up all of the remaining lost property from around the club for the season, and there’s quite a collection!

We’ve got camping chairs, drink bottles, hats, sunglasses, boxing gloves and a few other bits and pieces still waiting to find their owners.

Please have a look through the photos and, if you recognise anything belonging to you or your family, get in touch with the club so we can reunite it with its owner.

The Opens Wind-Up on Sunday, 13 September will be the final day to collect any lost property. Anything remaining after this date will be disposed of.

Please also share this around with your teams — you never know who might spot something they thought was long gone!

🧁 BAKE SALE FOR TELETHON 🧁

Some of our amazing Kingsley Junior Football Club parents and players will be holding a special Bake Sale for Telethon at the clubrooms on Sunday, 16 August.

Come along, grab a delicious treat and help raise funds for an incredible cause. The Channel 7 Telethon film crew will also be attending that morning to capture the action!

We would love to see the Kingsley community get behind this fantastic fundraising effort. ❤️💙
