Some highlights from Chris”s bouts yesterday. There was a lot more action but the file ended up being too big so we have condensed it.
Great effort as Chris was struggling to breath from an injury sustained in his first bout from a strong takedown by his opponent.
He carried on and at one point we considered forfeiting as he was in obvious pain but Chris persevered and still managed to get a great submission which got him his silver medal.
A great achievement with some tough opponents from some highly reputable clubs.
Well done mate. See you back on the mats when you heal.
