There are people in life who’s passion oozes out of them, our girl Vikki is one of them.
Her love & commitment to all things MOAM is evident in all she does.
She understands this journey isn’t just about fitness, it’s also the village that supports one another.
Whether coaching you through a killer training session, having a chat or picking up the kids so you can have a moment of peace, Vikki delivers.
Today it’s Vikki’s birthday, let’s all join together to celebrate her like she does for us.
Happy Birthday Vikki 🥳💫🌙🏋️♀️

If you’ve ever had to organise three kids, pack a nappy bag, navigate school drop-off and somehow still get yourself to training, you’ll understand why just showing up can be such a huge achievement.
When Sally returned to training in February, boxing became her go-to. More recently, she decided to add Monday morning bootcamp into an already very full season of life.
And her goal? Simply to make it to class.
Because as so many mums know, sometimes the hardest part isn’t the workout itself, it’s getting everyone organised, out the door, and carving out an hour that belongs to you.
Week after week, Sally has continued to show up. Even if she’s rushing in a few minutes late, she gets there and gives her all. And that’s what matters.
She’s proving that prioritising yourself doesn’t have to mean five sessions a week or chasing perfection. Sometimes it looks like protecting two mornings, filling your own cup, and recognising that when you feel stronger, healthier and happier, everyone around you benefits too.
Sally’s story is a reminder that consistency doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
What could change for you if you committed to showing up for yourself, just twice a week? 💜

There’s something powerful about watching someone refuse to be defined by limitations.
Since the beginning of the year, Anita has been dealing with hip bursitis. The kind of discomfort that doesn’t just affect training, but everyday movement. Exercises she once did with ease became difficult, uncomfortable, and at times completely off the cards.
But Anita stayed in the game.
Knowing she was supported, that movements could be modified, and that her body would be met where it was at gave her the confidence to keep showing up.
Rehab movements were incorporated, sessions were adapted where needed, and she trusted the process.
Then last Monday’s strength session, things looked very different.
Squats. Hinges. Lower body loading. Heavy resistance. And for the first time in a long time, no pain.
Strong movement. Great technique. Anita’s Confidence returning.
These are the wins we celebrate. Not because they’re flashy, but because they’re built on months of consistency, trust, support, and refusing to let a setback become the story.
Tell us, what limitation have you stopped letting define you?
Or, have you been letting a setback become your story?

There’s this idea that once you hit 40, it’s all downhill from there.
That somehow you’re supposed to accept feeling tired, put your own goals on the backburner, stop dreaming big, and settle for a version of life that feels smaller than the one you really want.
We couldn’t disagree more.
In fact, we see the opposite every single day.
Women in their 40s, 50s and beyond stepping outside their comfort zones, backing themselves, getting stronger, trying new things, finding confidence they thought they’d lost, and building friendships that feel like home.
Life doesn’t end at 40.
If anything, it’s often the age where women stop living for everyone else and start remembering who they are and realising what they’re capable of.
And that’s when life gets really exciting! 💜
Tell us, are you simply getting older, or are you still growing, excited by what’s possible?

Kate’s Story…
I joined MOAM about a year ago, looking for something to inspire me again.
I’ve always exercised, but usually on my own and I was bored and stuck and not seeing any good results.
MOAM has been a game changer.
I’ve been encouraged to push myself to do things I’ve never done before, I’ve had so much fun meeting a group of beautiful people.
I look forward to planning my week around my sessions and they’re some of my favourite parts of my day.
The coaches are wonderful, sessions are so much fun and the community of ladies is inspiring and joyful.

Your mindset won’t solve all your problems.
But it will determine what you do next.
Whether you give up or keep going.
Whether you focus on what’s missing or what’s possible.
Whether you stay stuck in the story you’ve always told yourself, or decide to write a new one.
At Mums on a Mission, we’ve watched women do things they once swore they could never do.
Not because they suddenly became fitter, stronger, or more confident.
They became fitter, stronger, and more confident because they stopped believing they couldn’t.
Honestly, the biggest transformation isn’t physical.
It’s the moment you realise you’ve been capable all along. 💜

Being a mum is hard.
Not because we don’t love it, but because so much of ourselves gets poured into everyone else.
We carry the mental load, the responsibility, the worry, the planning, the remembering.
We spend so much time making sure everyone around us is okay that we often forget to check in with ourselves.
That’s why this community matters.
There is something incredibly powerful about having a circle of women who genuinely see you.
Women who cheer for your wins, sit with you through the hard days, listen without judgement, and remind you of your strength when you’ve forgotten it yourself.
When we have that kind of support, something shifts.
We become kinder to ourselves. We start backing ourselves. Our confidence grows. We stop playing small. We take up space.
We try things we never thought we could do and achieve things we never imagined possible.
The fitness is just one small part of it.
The real magic is watching women rediscover themselves in the company of other women who believe in them.
And if you’ve ever experienced that, you’ll know it has the power to change everything! 💜
And if you haven’t, it’s time to change that, hit the link in our bio and come experience the magic for yourself!
