Freestyle Now recently had the pleasure of delivering BMX stunt shows at the 2026 Karratha FeNaClNG Festival, one of the Pilbara's most iconic and beloved community events. Freestyle Now hit up Cottesloe Primary School for a action sports presentation featuring James Rixom on skateboard, mitchbacon06 on scooter Jacob roughton on BMX Freestyle Now scooter rider Oben McHoull and Australian BMX Hall Of Fame inductee and Freestyle Now co-founder Shaun Jarvis.
The crew showed the students exactly what dedication to a sport looks like when it’s taken all the way to the top.

Kalgoorlie, three days well spent. 🤙

Two days of coaching, a competition moved forward to beat the rain and eighteen scooter beginners alone rolling in to compete. Celeste entered her first ever comp after just a few weeks on a skateboard. John, fresh from Melbourne, took the scooter open win. Izak Johnson's wheelies had the crowd hooked.
