Local S&C coaches can be limited to money, time and resources for testing, but they all have a phone. Through the chaos of a warm up you can still get athletes in a single file to complete their speed exposure. Film it, review it after the session and give out work ons to the biggest red flags you can see.

One of the many ways you can add much more value and progress to your sessions.

Back for year 3 with

The boys completed their first gym session of the year this morning with their strength and conditioning coach . Over the next few months the athletes will be in for weekly sessions to complement their on court work with the academy. We’re looking forward to watching the development of this years group.

Youth combine #1 tickets are now available to all Youth Perform members!

Athlete will measure themselves in four different events across a range of physical qualities. These combine days are a great day for our youth athletes across all facilities to connect and track the progress they are making within their Perform program.
