🎙️PerformPodcast Ep.32: Weekly PD - Prepare, Progress, Potentiate Warm Up Structure.
Local S&C coaches can be limited to money, time and resources for testing, but they all have a phone. One of the many ways you can add much more value and progress to your sessions.
This episode is now live on Apple, YouTube and Spotify.
