I help women get REAL results &
seriously level up in the gym ⌛🍑🚀

I say this with love but if your plan only works when life is calm, it’s not really a plan 🫣

The version of you that survives a hard week is the only one worth building. So stop waiting for a quiet stretch that isn’t coming and build something that fits your actual busy life 💌

Okay so this is kind of wild to look back on 🥹

Five years of running what is now WOMENS ONLINE COACHING, and more than 40k of my own money poured into education along the way.

I started out of the gym back in 2021. Peak covid, which in hindsight was a terrible time to start a business, but I had this thing in my head where I wanted to actually earn my stripes coaching real people in real life before I ever called myself an online coach.

So that’s what I did for years. And a lot of what I made, I basically funneled straight back into learning. Advanced programming, nutrition, gut health, all the business stuff nobody warns you about. Because here’s the thing nobody tells you: your PT course teaches you almost nothing. If you actually care about getting people results, you have to go and learn it yourself. So that’s exactly what I did.

Somewhere in the middle of all that I became a qualified nutritionist too, it was important to me to get educated and qualified to give nutrition advice and meal plans. Just because you’ve done a cut, a build, a comp or had a coach it doesn’t mean you should jump to advise other people on food. It’s scary how many people are missing this part and playing with someone else’s health 🥲

Then in 2024 I made the jump fully online, and that changed everything. I’ve since worked with women in Aus, the UK, the States, even Switzerland, which I still can’t fully wrap my head around ngl 🥹

500+ women later and I still want the exact same thing I did on day one. To help as many of you as possible feel genuinely confident in the gym and finally break out of that “I’ll start again Monday” cycle for good.

If that’s where you’re at, you know where I am 🔗💌

I spent so much time in my early 20’s afraid of food and obsessed with the scale but the smaller I got the worse I felt and my body really screamed that from the rooftops 🫣

Sure I had abs, but I didn’t have a period for 349 days. I thought the smaller I got the more confident I would be and the complete opposite happened, I had the craziest immune response and broke out in psoriasis and on top of that I was constantly getting sick.

I knew I wanted something to change so I got a coach, I started focusing on eating MORE food and the coolest part about that was eating more really helps you lift some heavy shiiii 🥹😂 I got strong, gained weight, felt energetic and like a person again. The brain fog was gone, my skin stopped breaking out, and I built real confidence that didn’t rely on how ripped my core was.

My sessions stopped being about how many calories I burnt and instead starting being about progressive overload and if I could push for one more rep or go up in weight - that alone challenges you and builds REAL confidence 🙂‍↕️

Now I’d be lying if I said that eating more and doing a build anywhere above 3000 cals is easy, it wasn’t and it got quite uncomfortable but that short term feeling for the long term pay off was absolutely worth it!

If you take anything away from this, let it be to listen to your body! It will show you when what you’re doing isn’t working.

And if you’ve ever been stuck in the same cycle, not really sure where to start or who to talk to - my dm’s are always open 💌

Inner thoughts and a reminder we need sometimes 🤎✨

If you feel like you’re doing everything right but nothing’s changing, this is probably why:

You’re doing cardio instead of building muscle. HIIT burns calories but it doesn’t build the shape you’re after.

You’re not eating enough protein. Without it, your body has nothing to build with.

You’re training but not pushing hard enough. Going through the motions won’t force your body to change.

You’re restricting all week then blowing out on weekends. Learning to eat in a way that feels balanced is what actually makes results stick.

You’re relying on willpower instead of a system. Willpower always runs out - structure doesn’t.

Fix these and your body will actually start responding. It’s not as complicated as it sometimes seems, the plan just has to be right for you!
