We thought we would share an amazing messages that we get from our members.
This is part of a conversation as feedback on how one of our members is doing.
At first they were reluctant.
They weren't sure of the gym, the people, the coaches.
But she showed up.
At first with her dad.
And then by themselves.
We kept encouraging her, gave her the right amount of motivation.
The cheers, the energy and the laughter.
Yes we sometimes get a bit silly too.
After a couple of months, she is doing kipping pullups, getting sweaty with her runs and chatting a bit more in class.
And the above is what her mum has sent us.
We are so proud of her efforts and her commitment to showing up even when she doesnt enjoy certain exercises and movements.
Pretty certain to say that Our gym is making a difference to their loved ones.
That is our why.
Improving the health of our future generations.

New Week ahead fam. Lock In.
Train to be the person you want to be.
Nothing beats a solid Monday workout.
Start strong to keep your week in check.
Here is Bradley's 105kg pB.
It started from the warm up when it saw that he was moving well.
And then I knew we were going to make a move tonight from the 80 to 105.
We didn't have many reps to gamble with so i chose to push him into the PB range straight away and fail a few of we need.
Well done mate.
So proud of your progress.
Double wods for our public holiday! A partner workout to begin with, Deadball squat cleans as the most challenging component, fast cal row, burpees to target and box jumps overs.
We work efficiently with our partner to achieve the task on hand!
At the 25min mark, we move on to an individual task where the focus is shifted to the upper body. Bar muscle ups, or some scaled versions of where everybody is at: chest to bar or pull ups! Itβs exciting to see some very close bar muscle ups! Letβs get you guys up on the bar soon! Handstand push-ups and fun double hang KB sn**ch! The variety is there to keep things fun!
The end of the wods is celebrated with fist bumps, some ham and cheese croissants, coffee and chats - a cup filling kind of morning if you ask me! π§‘

Post comp gains and post workout PBs are the best! Also not having to rush out for Home and Away gives you that extra time to linger around for some heavy lifts ππ
