Running friends... don’t hate me for saying this šŸ˜…šŸƒā€ā™€ļø

One of the biggest things helping me train for my October half marathon isn’t actually running... it’s our Performance Rides.

After my half marathon in May, I realised I don’t just need more kilometres, I need a bigger engine. So this training block I’ll be doing our Performance Rides each week to build my cardiovascular fitness and help improve my pace, alongside my long runs to build endurance.
It’s low impact, keeps my fitness building through winter, and means I don’t have to pound the pavement every single day.
