February Detox – WOW!!
Where do I even start… what a great round that was! 🙌🏼
We locked in some new daily health habits (yes, including our morning booster shots 😉) and we’re both feeling lighter, healthier, and more energised.
I dropped 2.1kg and Dan dropped 1.5kg — such a great result for us both!
Now for the honest part… we only made it to Day 6. 🙈
Then the weekend rolled around… and let’s just say the vino won. 🍷
But hey, we’re human, right? 🤷🏼♀️ The important thing is we jumped straight back on track that Sunday and kept going. No guilt, just progress.
We’re already looking forward to the next Detox starting March 2nd!
