Running from September 2026 to May 2027, you'll have monthly online coaching sessions and a face-to-face Immersion Workshop in Melbourne.

True Sport is proud to partner with Butterfly Foundation to deliver the BodyKind Sport for Coaches and Support Staff Workshop, helping create safer, more supportive sporting environments where young athletes can thrive.
Coaches and support staff play a powerful role in shaping how young people feel about their bodies, eating habits and relationship with sport. This interactive workshop will provide practical knowledge and tools to support positive body image, recognise concerns early and foster BodyKind sporting environments.
Facilitated by Danni Rowlands, Butterfly Foundation's National Manager for Prevention Service, this session will explore:

Body image and key influences on young athletes

Disordered eating and eating disorders in sport
β
Risk and protective factors during adolescence
β
How to respond when concerns arise
β
Positive language and communication strategies
β
Creating BodyKind training, testing and competition environments
