Helping people connect the dots and create a life of clarity, ease and purpose.• Coach •Healer •Teacher • Guide • Author of Spiritual A.I. & This Magic Is Real • And So Much More.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do next... it's making sense of where you are right now.
That's exactly why I created my new Clarity Guide.
It's not another workbook full of strategies or a list of things you "should" be doing.
It's a series of reflections designed to help you connect the dots, recognise the patterns, and see the bigger picture of your life.
Because when you can clearly see the picture, your next step often becomes much easier.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply know there's more waiting for you, I'd love for you to start here.

Two nights ago when I was winding down my day with a new TV series, I got a strong intuition to grab my computer... there's something that wants to come out of me...was the feeling. So I did.
In that moment a new book was born...a children's book that's gonna create a ripple around the world... I just know it!
I'm on my second draft today and just waiting to hear back from the illustrator... it's gonna be out real soon... I can feel it.☺️

Do you know how to trust your intuition? 🕊️
It's 7/7, and the number 7 has long been linked to intuition and inner knowing, so it felt like the right day to ask.
Trusting your intuition isn't something you either have or don't. It's a process, and it moves through four stages.
✨ Receive it — the nudge drops in before your mind argues with it
✨ Acknowledge it — you pause and actually register it
✨ Act on it — you move before you have proof
✨ Celebrate it — you let yourself feel good when it was right
Most of us only work one or two of these, which is exactly why intuition can feel unreliable. It never was. It just wasn't given the full cycle.
I won't teach the how today, that's a whole tool of its own (the Traffic Light Game, inside the book) but for now, just notice which of these four you're already doing, and which you've been skipping.

Why did I write Spiritual A.I.? Honestly, it's because I kept having the same conversation over and over, with clients, friends, and strangers who messaged me out of nowhere.
Someone would say "I don't know what to do," and I'd ask what their gut was telling them. Almost every time, the answer came back the same. "I know. I just don't trust it."
Smart, self-aware people, still not trusting themselves.
Then AI showed up, and everyone started outsourcing their thinking to a chatbot instead of their own knowing. Not because AI is bad, I use it daily, but because we'd already stopped believing our own inner voice was worth listening to.
This book isn't against AI. It's a reminder that no algorithm has access to what you know about your own life.
That's yours. It always has been.

I was watching a clip from Steven Bartlett's podcast, and one of his guests said depression isn't really a chemical imbalance. It's more of a purpose problem.
He told a story. A man in a village lost his leg and fell into a deep depression. Instead of medicating him, the village bought him a cow. He became a dairy farmer. His purpose returned, and so did he.
I want to be honest rather than romantic about that story. Not everyone's depression is cured by being handed a cow. But sometimes what looks like depression is a person who has lost their place in the world, and what heals them isn't a pill, it's being needed again.
For most people, depression isn't a broken brain. It's a signal. Flat, disconnected, going through the motions of a life that works on paper but doesn't feel like yours. That's not a malfunction. That's someone who has drifted from their own truth, and their body is trying to get their attention.
One comment stayed with me. A man shared that he lives with bipolar, and his depression is more physiological, more chemical. He's right to draw that line. If everything in the ocean can swim, it's tempting to call it all fish. But a turtle isn't a fish. Bipolar depression and the kind most people live with can look the same from the outside, but they aren't always coming from the same place.
So this isn't me saying everyone's depression is the same. For most people though, what looks like depression is a soul signal. The part of you refusing to stay quiet while you live a life that isn't actually yours.
You are not broken. You might just be misaligned.
I've been there myself. Years ago I was in such a dark place I attempted to take my own life. What pulled me out wasn't therapy or medication. It was two simple human skills, awareness and intuition. I share exactly how in my book.
