I founded Inhales Yoga 10years ago! Crazy to think I’ve been teaching for that long. Along the way I’ve met some incredible souls and I’m forever grateful for the connections and friendships that I have gained in those years , many I hold so close. 👯‍♀️

I recently stepped out on my own and I often sit in awe of the community that has grown in the last year of running my own business. It wasn’t easy. But I hung in there. That s**t is scary! But SO worth it. I haven’t looked back and love seeing all the faces , old + new be apart of this beautiful community I’ve created and it continues to grow 🥹

I love sharing my light with you. You’ll experience heart lead offerings in all my classes/events, I enjoy weaving Philosophy, Mudra and Mantra..encouraging deeper connection to YOU that is beneath the noise of your mind.

A Beautiful Winter Offering coming up on the 21st of June.

The 21st is the Winter Solstice - the shortest day / longest night ..it’s the turning point being on the other side of winter , which doesn’t feel like we are on the other side of winter we’ve hardly had a winter ..but it will come ..this event is planned to give that pause , a time for deep rest and reflection to give back to yourself in a loving held way.
