Our team of 5 premiers and one primary enjoyed a fabulous few days at our favourite competition, “Internationals” held on New South Wales Central Coast in Gosford last weekend.

Congratulations to

Millie and Eilidh, winners 15 and under Duo “Wedding on the Hill” choreographed by Rebecca Adamson

Abi, Tessa, Aislinn, Millie and Eilidh winners of the all ages small group with “Insomnia the Walking Dead”choreographed by Belinda Lush.

Millie - winner 15 years Championship, winner National Cup Aggregate, qualifier and runner up in the John McFarland Hornpipe final.

Abi - winner of the 22 to 24 Championship, Sword challenge finalist.

Eilidh - Runner up 12 years Championship.

Aislinn - 3rd in the 19 to 21 years Championship, qualifier and 5th in John McFarland Hornpipe final and Sword Challenge finalist and 6th in the final.

Tessa - 5th in the 19 to 21 years championship and highest placed restricted, winner premier restricted national aggregate 16 to 20 years.

Rosie 6 firsts and two seconds in 5 year old Primary.

Congratulations to our Tessa who has just come back from the USA after being chosen as part of the OzScot team for the Washington Tattoo. They performed 3 shows at the Lisner Auditorium as part of the the United States celebration of their 250th year. In addition, they performed pop up shows at the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument together with other performances around Washington.
In Tessa’s words she had an amazing time and enjoyed every bit of the performances and the entire trip.
An amazing experience in highland dancing and one Tessa will never forget.

Just landed Sydney after being up at 2.30 am and 13 hours layover in LA yesterday.
We still managed to get in Venice Beach and Rodeo Drive. We were early into Sydney but could not get on a gate so ended up an hour late.
Now for last 5 hours to Perth. A shorter trip home after the 48 hours to get to Moncton. It was hard work.
Congratulations to Millie winner Nationals, 3rd short steps and fourth in championship a fabulous effort.

Wonderful to see everyone, although fleeting. We will hopefully see you in Scotland.

Congratulations Millie, winner of the 15 years National aggregate in Canada yesterday.

Congratulations to Millie our only competitor at Australasians in Sydney last weekend. Runner up in 14 and 15 years Championship and the 15 to 17 years Australasian Premier Cup.

A great day for our team at the Grace Watson Memorial competition winning all 3 Premier titles , the senior and junior Joe Coffey memorial Sword, with fabulous dancing from our 3 primaries and 3 pre levels .

We had two dancers who travelled across our country again to Queensland to compete in the Moreton Bay Championship and Scottish National Dance Premiership on the weekend.
