π Grant Success for Swan River Sailing!π We're excited to share that we've recently received two grants that will help support our sailing community and sustainability initiatives.
First, a huge thank you to the Australian Sports Foundation for awarding us a grant of $100. Every dollar counts and we're grateful for the support!
We're also thrilled to have secured $5,000 through the Plastic Free Riverpark Program within Parks and Wildlife Service Western Australia. This funding will allow us to replace disposable cups, platters and other single-use serving items with reusable alternatives across our programs and events.
These grants help us continue improving the experience for our participants while reducing our environmental footprint on the beautiful Swan River.
A big thank you to the organisations supporting grassroots sport and environmental sustainability. Together, we're creating a more sustainable future for sailing in Western Australia.
