✨ Mums & Bubs is back this Friday! ✨
Our next 6-week Mums & Bubs Reformer term kicks off Friday 17 July and runs through to 21 August, with classes every Friday at 10:30am.
This term is designed specifically for new mums who are ready to gently reconnect with their body after birth. We’ll help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor, improve strength and mobility, and regain confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
The best part? Your little one is welcome to come along, and you’ll meet other local mums who are in the same season of life.

Are you our person? 🤍
Some of our team are heading off on a well-earned break, so we’re on the hunt for a Reformer Instructor to cover with us from August to November.
You’re our person if you build genuine relationships and conversation comes easy, you love a good chat and an even better laugh. You bring the energy, lead with a positive mindset, and know how to have fun while you’re at it. You notice the little things and celebrate every win, big or small.
And of course , you know your stuff. You understand the body (not just the choreography), build classes that flow, read a room without being told to, and meet every client where they’re at.
Our members are used to a premium experience with proper attention paid to them, so technique and presence matter here. Minimum 1 yr Experience teaching & Reformer Certification + First Aid
