Coming up to my 14th year in the Fitness industry this year, and it still amazes me sometimes that this is what I get to do.
You've probably noticed (or maybe not!) me not posting as much. I decided it was time & energy not at top of my priorities. Coaching the incredible clients I get to work with is. So I've been doing more of that. That's been very satisfying.
Some days it's tough. Coaching isn't "an easy pay packet". Not when it's done in the true sense of what coaching is to me. It's giving energy to others who need it, to help them become better. Sometimes I do get depleted & sonetimes I have less to give. It's a reminder to maintain my boundaries & give back to myself a bit more.
Grateful for my community of inspiring clients, for seeing my value & choosing me to coach them. Marathons, bodybuilding shows, weddings, triathlons, pregnancy, perimenopause, phydical fitness for career, lifestyle- I love the diverse landscape of interests, goals & personalities.
Though it's important to stay relevant & I can do better in the area, trends & shiny things don't withstand time.
