Spirit Sky is joining Cube43 this July 🌙

Carmen is the heart behind Spirit Sky
a Kundalini Activation Facilitator, Reiki Master, Shadow Work Practitioner and Meditation and Workshop Facilitator, guided by peace, authenticity and a deep commitment to honouring her own path while holding space for others to reconnect with theirs.

She believes that when we slow down, connect within and allow ourselves to receive, profound healing, connection and transformation can unfold naturally.
Creating spaces where people feel safe, supported and truly seen is at the heart of everything she does.
Her intention is simple — to offer a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
No expectations
No pressure

🕯️ Shared Stillness — Parent & child meditation for ages 5–11�Saturday 11 July, 4–5pm�A gentle bonding session introducing mindfulness and relaxation to young minds — and their grown-ups.

🕯️ Soul Stillness — A Journey Within�Fortnightly Wednesdays, 6:30pm | Starting 8 July�Reiki-infused energy healing, aromatherapy and koshi chimes in a shared space of stillness and inner connection.

🕯️ Mindful Magic — A Chakra Adventure for Kids�7 sessions | Starting 17 July, 4–5pm�Children move through the chakras week by week, building calm, confidence and emotional strength through movement, mindfulness and creativity.

There’s something different about training in an environment where people genuinely want to see each other improve 🧡

At Cube43, it’s not about being the strongest or fastest person in the room. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and encouraging the people beside you along the way. Some days are tough, some sessions feel lighter, but having a supportive community makes the process more enjoyable and sustainable 💪

Everyone starts somewhere, and every bit of progress deserves to be acknowledged. That’s what makes training more meaningful, growing stronger together while enjoying the journey at the same time 🙌🧡

Good technique matters in every type of training, even something as simple as running 🏃‍♂️🧡
