Women are being let down. Told their exhaustion is normal. Their brain fog is just ageing. Their overwhelm is just “being a mum.”
It’s not good enough.
I have 16 years of clinical experience and I can tell you that in my experience what most women are living with is not inevitable.
It’s a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
It’s perimenopause being written off as stress.
It’s stress being written off as perimenopause.
Both happen.
Both are real.
And both deserve a proper answer.
Someone needs to say it louder.
So I’m going to.
This message about your nervous system, your hormones, your actual health deserves to travel further than a clinic room with the ladies under in there.
It deserves to reach the woman who thinks she’s just tired. The woman who’s been dismissed. The woman who can’t perform at her best in the office because she is so exhausted and drained. The woman who doesn’t even know there’s another way to feel.
So if you have a workplace, a group, a community of women who need to hear this, I want to be in the room.
Keynotes. Lunch and learns. Team days. Community events. Corporate wellness.
If there are women there, I’ll show up and I’ll bring the real talk.
Drop a comment, send me a DM, or tag someone who needs to hear this.
Let’s get this message to the women who need it most. 💜

The juggle is real. And so is every bit of it.
5:15am alarm. A run before the world woke up to shake out the body and mind. A clear head to start the day.
Two school drops at different schools, one being an earlier start than normal. Clinic. Patients. Real women with real health challenges who needed support and to be heard.
Netball carnival. Sideline mum. Work in the breaks. Slow cooker saving dinner 👊🏻 School pickup. After school sport. Admin after bedtime.
This is the for me today juggle. Small business adds a whole other layer. The flexibility is real and amazing and I am so grateful for it. So are the late nights, the mental load that never fully clocks off, and the weight of sometimes holding it all together with a smile whilst it all cracking apart behind the scenes.
Most days I love this life with my whole chest.
And some days it absolutely floors me.
Both things are true.
And I think more of us need to say that out loud. Not just about small business. About life as a busy woman and mum!
The small things are what keep me upright through all of it. The early run. The slow breath before I walk into clinic. Taking a moment to lay on the posture pole and reset before the first client. Drinking water.
The micro habits that sit underneath the busy and quietly hold the foundation. That’s what Micro Mastery is built around.

Health should not seem like an elite sport!
I heard a podcaster say that a couple of glasses of wine
wrecked him for three days. And his big lesson?
Optimise harder.
I just kept thinking... that sounds so exhausting.
We live in this culture that’s turned health into a
performance. Every meal tracked, every step counted,
every night of sleep scored. And somewhere in all of
that, we’ve stopped actually living.
I’d love to get back to getting in touch with how you feel, rather than needing a device to tell you that!
Here’s what I want you to think about: how did you sleep last night — before you looked at your watch or your ring?
Your body was already telling you.
The data is a tool, not the truth.
Health isn’t an elite sport. It was never meant to be.
The goal isn’t to be controlled by restriction and
optimisation, but it’s to be in enough control that you
can enjoy your life and also feel really good in it.
That’s the whole idea behind Micro Mastery.
Not a program that overhaults your life.
Just small, consistent, evidence-based things that fit into your actual day and compound into something real over time.
10-15 minute blocks of time. No rules. No meal plans.
Just a little bit better, consistently.
If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for,
the link’s in my bio 💜

She came in at 5:10am.
Just as I was about to go for a run.
And just like that, the run wasn’t happening.
The plan wasn’t happening.
I knew in that moment by the way she snuggled in that today was not going to go to plan.
Today was going to look different.
And you know what? That’s okay.
Because one of the things I keep coming back to, both in clinic and in my own life, is that a regulated nervous system isn’t one that never gets disrupted.
It’s one that can absorb the disruption without completely unravelling.
So today looks like the couch. A hot coffee balanced on my knee. A sick kid dozing nearby. And a quiet reminder that rest isn’t a reward for productivity. Sometimes it’s just… Tuesday.
If your day also went sideways — you’re in good company. 🤍
The plans will keep. The run will keep. Today just needs something different. And that’s ok.
If you miss one run, one workout, or have one extra coffee or one large bit of cake …. No guilt. Tomorrow is another day 💜

When your GP looks at your blood work, chances are they’re checking whether your results fall within the reference range. That range exists to identify disease not to measure how well you’re actually functioning.
So when everything comes back “normal” and you’re still dragging yourself through the day, still waking up tired, exhausted and overwhelmed, you’re not making it up. You’re not being dramatic. Your body is telling you something that a standard blood panel wasn’t designed to catch.
I look at it differently.
As a holistic chiropractor with a Diplomate in Clinical Women’s Health, I’m not looking for the absence of disease. I’m looking for optimal function. Looking for the gap between surviving and actually thriving.
And for so many of the women I work with, that gap is where all the answers live. The inbetween. The feeling of not feeling yourself, but nothing it “technically wrong”. Maybe you just need a different set of eyes one your results, and someone who will listen to where you are really at. Someone who can help you move out of that exhaustion and overwhelm.
If you’re ready to stop settling for normal and start working towards optimal, I’d love to help.

If only every day was a day for sipping salted coffee in Vietnam … but that’s not reality!
Reality is a full day of clients in clinic, answered approximately 4000 messages in too many wats app groups, made lunches, driven to sport, started a load of washing that I definitely forgot about 🙈 and still had a to-do list that didn’t get touched.
Here’s the thing. I’m a chiropractor. I have 16 years of clinical training. I know the science. I know what the body needs. I know exactly what I should be doing.
And I still found myself exhausted, wired at 10pm, skipping the things that would actually help me (like breakfast) — because by the time I got to myself, there was nothing left.
So if you’re sitting there thinking I know I need to do something, I just can’t seem to make it happen —
I hear you. I really, genuinely hear you.
Because I’ve been you. I am you, on more days sometimes than I’d like to admit.
And that’s exactly why I built Micro Mastery.
Not from a place of having it all figured out.
From a place of knowing what it feels like to be capable, driven, and completely depleted all at once — and deciding that women like us deserve so much better than that.
From a place of knowing that no one is perfect, but if the small simple things can become part of everyday life rather than an extra on the to do list, your body and mind will cope so much better!
From a place of knowledge and evidence based protocols - but also a place of a busy woman doing the juggle who knows hard and complex and rigid don’t work!
15–20 minutes a week.
One small shift at a time.
Built for the life you actually have, not the one you wish you had.
You deserve to feel good.
Not eventually. Not when things calm down. Now.
We start Monday. It’s $57 if you jump in now.
