What a fantastic way to launch the Power Season! ⚓☀️

From the booming start as John fired the dual shotgun shells across Bovell Green, to a perfect sunny morning shared with members, competitors, volunteers and friends. Power Opening Day truly had it all.

After opening speeches from our Commodore and Vice Commodore, the traditional Sail Past officially marked the beginning of the season! We then powered straight into the 1st Time Trial State Heat of the year, with 8 C*C boats competing in a strong showing for the club. 🚤

The celebrations didn’t stop there, with our Social Committee hosting a brilliant cocktail party in the Deepdene. Great company, plenty of laughs, tall stories and dancing late into the night made for an unforgettable finish to the day. 🍸🎶

A huge thank you to all our volunteers, staff, members and supporters who help bring days like this to life. Your passion and commitment are what make our club so special. Here’s to an incredible season ahead! 🙌
