Forget trying to hit 10,000 steps every day.
Instead, just aim to do a little more than you did yesterday.
If you did 3,000 steps yesterday, aim for 3,500 today. If you did 6,000, see if you can get to 6,500 tomorrow.
If your goal feels achievable, you're much more likely to actually do it. And doing something consistently will always beat setting a huge goal that feels impossible after a few days.
Those extra few hundred steps might not seem like much, but they add up over time.
Don't worry about what everyone else is doing. Just keep trying to beat your yesterday π₯

Is Winter A Bad Time To Start Exercising? π€
A lot of people tell themselves theyβll wait until spring, summer or after a holiday before starting exercise.
The problem is thereβs always another reason to wait.
Winter can actually be one of the best times to start.
Why?
Because if you can build a routine during the cold, dark months, itβs usually much easier to maintain when the weather improves.
You donβt need to start with five sessions a week.
You donβt need to spend hours in the gym.
You simply need to get moving consistently.
A few tips for getting started:
β’ Start with 2-3 sessions per week
β’ Focus on building the habit first
β’ Donβt compare yourself to others
β’ Keep your goals realistic
The best time to start was yesterday.
The next best time is today.
See you in the gym πͺ

Training is about so much more than building muscle πͺ
It's about having the energy to enjoy life, moving well every day, and looking after your body for the long term. Small, consistent steps make a big difference.
Keep up the good work Chris! π₯

Lost something?
I think I know where it is... π€
If you've left these behind, they're waiting for you at reception.
I was thinking about keeping them, but apparently that's "not how lost property works." π
