A huge congratulations to Claire for reaching an incredible 250 classes at Studio Fortè!
Claire is one of those familiar, friendly faces we love having in the studio — she shows up consistently, puts in the work, and always gives every class a real go. No matter the exercise, she keeps pushing herself and has built such a strong, steady practice over time.
It’s been amazing to watch her progress, strength, and confidence grow with every session. She’s part of the heart of the studio and we’re so proud to have her in the Fortè community.

💙 **MEN’S HEALTH WEEK | 15th–21st June** 💙
This Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging the men in our community to put their health first.
Too often, men wait until something hurts before taking action. Reformer Pilates is a fantastic way to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture and overall wellbeing – helping you stay active for life, not just recover from injury.
It’s also a great reminder to check in with the men around you. A simple conversation, a shared workout or an invitation to move together can make a real difference.

From **15th–21st June**, all Studio Fortè members can **bring the special man in their life to train for FREE!** Whether it’s your partner, husband, dad, brother, son or best mate, we’d love to welcome them into the studio.
