Even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits today as we celebrated our 700th parkrun at Claisebrook Cove! 🎉

We were joined by some special guests — thank you to Catherine Lezer from the City of Perth and Patrick Gorman MP, Federal Member for Perth, for helping us celebrate this very special milestone.

There were prizes aplenty thanks to the generosity of Medibank Private, Snap Fitness and Kinky Lizard, and we even gave a nod to the old days of parkrun with the return of the pre-run warm-up, led with great enthusiasm (and questionable exercise technique) by Lorna Jane Fonda who has now officially retired. 😆

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and joined in the celebrations, and especially to our wonderful volunteers who helped make the morning special and kept everything running smoothly.
And thank you to our photographers for capturing the day — all 374 photos are now in the album! 📸

If you have any photos of your own that you'd like to share, please add them in the comments. We'd love to see the morning through your eyes too.

700 events. 14 years. One very special morning. ❤️
Thanks for celebrating with us.
