The essence of our remote coaching model is to give women the structure to train alone but also create a community where women can share their achievements and inspire one another. We will have a presence at a number of triathlons, running and swimming events so our members can meet and support each other on race day. Your coaches are only a call or email away. The online community are there to support you 24/7. As a result, motivation is maintained.
