Arm circles đ« a warm up!
At Mvmt Hub we believe every warmup is just as important as the session itself.
So we program it as part of our sessions and build it around what the session demands and what your body needs that day, week or training cycle.
But itâs also doing double dut. Every rep is also your body learning the skills before the intensity and speed goes up. You do it enoug and it stops feeling like a checklist and it starts feeling like patterning and flow.

10 years in, and the thing weâre most proud of isnât the programming or the equipment⊠itâs this.
Real people who walked in nervous, unsure, or just looking to get back into it, and found something they didnât expect: a place that feels like home. Coaches who remember your name, scale your workout without making it a thing, and genuinely want you to hit your goals, whatever they are.
80 Google reviews. Five star average. We donât take that lightly.
Swipe to read a few from our newest members and if any of it sounds like what youâve been looking for, your first session is on us. Link in bio.
Nobody tells you the best part of training is the people next to you đ„č
Saturdays at Hub are hands down one of the best days of the week. 6:45am Lift Club, then 8am Movement X. Guaranteed a good sweat and guaranteed a good time. Always.
Come down and try it for yourself. First class is on us!

Introducing Hub Coach, Gabi
If youâve met Gabi, you already know exactly why sheâs such a big part of the energy in our community. Our longest standing coach, sheâs loveable, a little goofy, and always has a âquestion of the dayâ ready to get everyone thinking and talking.
But behind the fun is an incredibly knowledgeable coach and our resident weightlifting athlete and expert. Gabi brings both skill and personality to every session, helping athletes improve their technique while making the gym a place people genuinely enjoy being.
On why she coaches: âI love seeing the joy in people when theyâre able to do something for the first time, as well as hearing how it impacts their life outside the gym. Whether thatâs being able to walk upstairs more easily, catch themselves when they fall, or simply have more energy to enjoy life.â
Least favourite movement? Thrusters, thrusters, thrusters đ
Gabi is exactly who you want in your corner. For the lifts, and the laughs!

Block 2 of our off season starts now, and itâs built around strength that sticks around. Hypertrophy, sub-maximal lifting, no max-outs.
Each day with its own job, with every session scaled and coached in real time, whatever your starting point or goals.
If youâve been curious what we do here, nowâs the perfect time to find out. First session is on us đ

A man that needs little introduction: Kim Thorne đȘ
Kimâs amazing wife, Gina, was the first one to join Hub. And after some convincing, Kim gave classes a go too. Weâre so glad he did!
Now in his 60âs, Kimâs doing Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and pushes the cardio machines as hard as anyone in the room. Kim doesnât hold back.
Coach Jason puts it simply: âHis movement prowess and energy are something we should all aspire to.â
This is what showing up looks like! Youâre the best Kimbo!!!

Not training for next month. Training for the next 30 years đȘ
No one wants to worry about old injuries cropping back up or taking away time with family or work. So hereâs how we train around that: your whole year is mapped out in cycles, each block building on the last. Add in EP input and correcting your form before we load the bar.
Your training years arenât over. Send us a message or try a class for free to see how that looks for you.
