Dear Parents,

We need your help to secure an exciting opportunity that will benefit our kids for years to come.

As you know, our players use the John Connell Reserve for some of their away games through the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club.

The City of Melville is currently considering a proposal to approve an additional cricket oval and upgraded floodlights at this venue.

This project is a WIN for junior and senior cricket in our area.

Securing a new, good-quality facility close to home means better playing conditions and fewer long commutes for away games.

To get this proposal over the line, we need a strong turnout from our parents and members at the upcoming council meeting. Showing up in numbers is the single most effective way to show how much our community values this project.

Meeting Details:
Date: Tuesday 23 June
Time: 5:30 PM arrival for a 6:00 PM start (all attendees must sign in)
Location: City of Melville Council Chambers, Booragoon
