As Stanley College begins an exciting new chapter, we're proud to welcome two outstanding leaders to our Executive Leadership Team.
๐๐ฟ ๐๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฎ brings over 15 years of experience in academic management, governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, policy development, and risk management, across education and government in three countries. She holds a PhD in Management, an MBA, a Master of Commerce, a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a BSc (Honours) in Human Resource Management. These qualifications have led her to senior roles in course development and accreditation, academic governance and institutional transformation.
As the Head of Quality & Compliance, Dr Esther will provide strategic leadership for Stanley Collegeโs Higher Education and Vocational Education portfolios, strengthening quality systems, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement. She will also contribute to Stanley College's broader strategic direction and support its commitment to strong governance, academic quality, regulatory excellence and sustainable growth.
๐๐ฟ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ brings over two decades of experience across higher education, community services, and industry leadership as a social worker, educator, and academic leader. She holds a PhD in Social Work and has held senior roles in Australia, leading curriculum innovation, accreditation, academic quality, and the development of high-performing teams.
As the Chief Academic Officer, Dr Narelle will lead academic strategy across Stanley Collegeโs Higher Education and VET offerings, focusing on faculty excellence, curriculum development, accreditation and quality outcomes. Her leadership will support Stanley Collegeโs continued academic development and commitment to student success.
Together, Dr Esther and Dr Narelle bring a depth of expertise in academic leadership, quality assurance, and student success that will help shape the future of learning at Stanley College.๐

We are pleased to welcome Chien Vu as the new Chief Executive Officer of Stanley College.
Chien brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across Australia's higher education and vocational education sectors. Most recently serving as an Advisor to UP Education, he has also held CEO roles at Acknowledge Education and the International College of Hotel Management (ICHM), where he successfully led periods of strategic growth, organisational transformation and strengthened governance.
Chien joins Stanley College at an exciting point in our journey as we continue to build one of Australia's leading private education providers. With a strong focus on academic excellence, student success and innovation, we are expanding our program offerings, growing our campus network, strengthening industry partnerships, and creating new opportunities for students across Australia and internationally .๐

A huge thank you to our students and staff from our Mirrabooka and West Perth campuses for joining us in celebrating NAIDOC Week 2026 and this year's theme, ๐ฑ๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐น๐, honouring five decades of NAIDOC Week and the Elders, artists, and communities who have carried the movement forward. ๐
We are grateful to ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐น๐ ๐๐ด๐ฎ๐ป for a meaningful Storytime and Artwork Workshop inspired by Aboriginal traditions and connection to Country, and to ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ for an engaging session on traditional bush foods and bush medicine, and their connection to Country.โฅ๏ธ
