Our ATI fighters are gearing up for an action-packed weekend at two major events! On Saturday, November 16th, they’ll showcase their skills at the WAKO National Championships, where they’ll face some of the country’s best fighters, aiming for national titles and recognition. The following day, Sunday, November 17th, our fighters will head to the Combat Games, prepared for another round of intense matchups and a chance to further demonstrate their dedication, resilience, and expertise in the sport. Back-to-back competitions will test their endurance and commitment, and we’re incredibly proud of their hard work and determination as they represent ATI on these prestigious stages.
Good luck to all our fighters—bring home the victory!

ATI Martial arts training can be an effective tool for helping kids learn to regulate their emotions. By practicing techniques that require focus and self-discipline, children learn how to channel their energy constructively, which can reduce impulsive reactions and increase emotional awareness. At ATI Martial arts we emphasize respect, patience, and control, teaching kids to pause and consider their responses rather than reacting immediately. Additionally, the structured environment and routines provide a safe space for kids to process feelings of frustration or anger, helping them develop a sense of calm and resilience.
Over time, these skills translate into better emotional regulation in other areas of their lives.
We need our kids to have exposure to this type of activity and is why so many parents flock to our schools to get their children involved .
