Sustainable performance isn’t about asking people to do more. It’s about creating the right conditions that allow them to perform at their best.
In our latest Business News article, Aveling’s Learning and Partnerships Manager, Mike Conneely, explores mindful leadership and why understanding the person behind the performance truly matters.
The best leaders create clarity, recognise effort and behaviours alongside results, and remove the barriers that can hold people back.
Mindful leadership isn’t about lowering standards. It’s about leading with greater awareness, empathy and purpose, creating an environment where both people and performance can thrive.
