There were some very special trail vibes across our group run communities this weekend ✨

These magic moments came from our Newcastle crew. Shared kilometres, beautiful trails, plenty of conversation and the kind of connection that stays with you long after the run is done.

If you joined us anywhere this weekend, we hope you had a beautiful time out on the trails and left feeling a little lighter, stronger and more connected.

A huge thank you to our wonderful Mavens who lead these communities, create the space and make these runs possible 🤎

For Ash, 2025 was never only about the race ahead.

After putting so much energy into training for Surf Coast Century 100km, the GPT 100 Mile Relay offered something different: a weekend in the Grampians, a shared goal, and time to simply clear her mind.

As a solo parent, making training happen takes planning, organisation and trust. But trail running gives something meaningful back.

“I feel like I’ve had that time for myself, so I go back and parent my kids as a better parent.”

The relay format brought another kind of energy too. Running alongside a team of women can keep you moving when, on your own, you might have eased back.

Because it is never just about the distance. It is about making space for yourself, being held by a community, and returning to your everyday life with more to give.

🏔️ Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko starts here.

Our Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko 50 km and 100 km training programs open this Monday, and we can’t wait to welcome a new group of women preparing for one of Australia’s most spectacular alpine trail races.

Whether you’re taking on your first ultra, stepping up to 100 km, or returning with bigger goals, these programs are built to help you train with confidence through structured, female-specific coaching.

Inside you’ll find:
• Progressive trail-specific training
• Strength, mobility and recovery guidance
• Female physiology education
• Race strategy, fuelling and mindset resources
• Weekly coaching calls with our coaches

Beyond the training plan, you’ll become part of our Base Camp community, where women share the highs, the doubts, the questions and the wins that come with training for an ultra. Because the journey is always better together.

Your program is available through the Her Trails app and desktop platform, making it easy to access your training wherever life takes you.

You can join:
✨ As a standalone program, or
✨ Through our Her Trails All In Membership, which includes the program alongside our full training library, strength and mobility sessions, educational resources, coaching support and community.

The mountains will ask a lot of you.

We’re here to help you arrive ready.

Pre-UTA: I am unstoppable and built for the mountains.

Post-UTA: lowering myself onto the toilet is now a 30-minute project.

IYKYK.

We are here in the Blue Mountains, with Her Trails crew teams moving between checkpoints as our UTA 50 and UTA 100 women make their way across the course.

Cathy is back for UTA 50, bringing the kind of wisdom that only comes from experience.

She knows now that endurance is not just about pushing harder.

It is pacing.
Fuelling.
Listening.
Resetting.
Letting the day unfold without letting it unravel you.

There is something powerful about watching women return to these mountains with more self-trust than before.

Stronger, yes.

But also steadier.

More aware of what it takes to endure well.
