m passionate about Inclusive Learning, to meet the needs of all my learners. My professional experience combined with my personal lived experience (mother of young adult with ASD / ADHD), has given me an insight into the additional hurdles neurodiverse young adults are challenged with, when it comes to personal self-care and presentation, and the impact that has on first impressions. I identified a gap of face-to-face mentorship and coaching around image and how to prepare for interviews, within Disability Employment agencies, while supporting and advocating for my son. This sparked a passion that has led me to create tailor-made workshops called ‘Rise Above’, covering everything from skincare, makeup, image styling, confidence building, interview questioning, through to organization on the day of the event.
