Things fresh out of the kiln…

Showing up for yourself consistently isn’t always easy. Life gets hard, things feel heavy, and sometimes even leaving the house feels like too much.

Honestly, that’s been my reality over the last month.

I don’t always feel motivated, but I’ve found that if I just move my feet, the rest will usually follow. Motivation comes and goes, but commitment is what keeps me going—commitment to my body, my mind, and my wellbeing.

So if you’re struggling right now, keep taking those small steps. They matter.

We are worth the effort. ❤️

I will be going on leave soon… and nothing will be coming out of the kiln for 2 months 😥… so, let me know if you see anything below that you might like to give a home to before I am gone…. Xx

Started my day today teaching back to back yoga classes for a total of 60 students!!! Wowsers!!!
What delight!!!!!

So, usually this is the first Yoga Teacher Training that people do… then specialise. Not me!! I specialised first!! 🤦‍♀️ Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Hula Hoop Yoga…. Now!!! I can finally add the foundational Hatha Yoga Teacher training to my list. Yippee!!! Now I have 650 hours of training under my belt!!! Hooley Dooley!! Gosh I love my job!!

Glass holder brooches have come out of the kiln today…. $10 each if you would like to give one a home…..
