Balance is something we use every day, often without even thinking about it.
Whether you’re walking on uneven ground, climbing stairs, changing direction, or simply standing on one leg, balance plays an important role in how confidently and safely you move.
Like strength, balance is a skill that can be trained.
At KX, balance challenges are incorporated throughout our classes to help improve stability, coordination and body awareness, while strengthening the muscles that support everyday movement.
