Hi! Just thought I’d drop this bunch of thoughts here!
As we know life comes in seasons, and right now I’m in one that feels a little messy.
Over the last few months, I’ve been moving my business, creating a new space, juggling a lot of change, amd keeping regular life chugging along and if I’m being completely honest, I’ve been struggling.
Because of that, my training hasn’t looked the way it normally does. My routine has been inconsistent, my motivation has come and gone, and some days I’ve simply been doing the best I can with what I have.
But instead of fighting against it, I’m trying to meet myself where I’m at.
I know this season won’t last forever.
The routines I’ve built, the habits I’ve worked hard to create, and the strength I’ve developed haven’t disappeared. They’re still there. They’re part of me. They’ll be waiting when life settles down a little.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that consistency doesn’t always mean showing up at 100%. Sometimes consistency is continuing to show up in whatever capacity you can, even when life feels heavy.
So if things feel a bit off for you right now too, know that it’s okay. Not every season is about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about getting through, being kind to yourself, and trusting that you’ll find your rhythm again.
My routine is always there for me.
And when I’m ready, I’ll come back to it. (Aiming for a few more weeks of chaos and then hoping to start enjoying this new chapter!! 😂)

OMGAAAWD it’s our last week here at Malaga!!! 🤸♀️
Hey Mates!! 👋🏻
If you didn’t already know from July 6th, Move For Good is kicking off a fresh new chapter from a brand-new space, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. 🌻
Before we move forward, I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has trained with me at Malaga over the years.
That space has seen early mornings, sweaty sessions, plenty of laughs, a few colourful words during third rounds, personal bests, setbacks, comebacks, and so many amazing people showing up for themselves week after week. What made Malaga special was never the building—it was the community that filled it. 🥰
To every single person who walked through those doors, thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Your support, commitment, and good vibes have helped shape Move For Good into what it is today, and I’m incredibly grateful. 🙏
The good news is that while the location is changing, the mission stays exactly the same: helping people move better, get stronger, feel good, and enjoy the process along the way.
From July 6th, I’ll be offering and continuing to offer:
🏋️♀️ In-person personal training from our new premises
💻 Online personal training sessions
📱 Online training programs with regular check-ins, support, accountability, and program updates to keep you progressing wherever you are
Whether you train with me in person, online, or through a structured program, there’ll be plenty of options to help you stay moving and working towards your goals.
Thank you all for being part of this journey so far. I genuinely love what I do, and that’s because of the incredible people I get to work with every day.
