A big congratulations to for winning her pro card in the WBFF virtual competition. We originally started working together in June for an end of year competition in QLD, but due to current restrictions the competition changed to a virtual format. As disappointing as this was the goal was still to compete. We've been thrown a few curve balls along the way with multiple date changes and a lower back issue but we got there in the end. I'm super happy and proud of you Chan and I wish you all the best in your pro career!

4 weeks in with the bionic arm with another 4 weeks to go. My right knee is giving me the sh*ts too but I'm still here doing the best I can with partial leg training and one sided upper body training ✌
P.s I like muscles 🕺

Is your current plan to achieve your goals set up correctly?
When I first have a consultation with someone the first thing I do is ask a series of questions to gather information.
What are their specific goals?
What is their lifestyle like?
What does their current training and nutrition look like?
How long have they been trying to achieve these goals for?
This information allows me to identify any holes in their current plan and 99% of the time there are many holes. There are many different methods to achieving the same goal but sometimes there are methods that are simply wrong and inefficient.
Exercise selection matters
Nutrition matters
Adherence matters
Recovery matters
And most importantly CONSISTENCY MATTERS
That means multiple perfect days, weeks and months in a row that are strung together. Remember you can easily undo a very good Monday to Friday with a bad Saturday and Sunday.
If you're unsure if your plan is set up correctly for you then shoot me a DM to arrange a consultation.

A pretty cool and relivant study for me right now as I'm partially disabled with my left arm not in use.
This paper shows that training the non injured side can help spare strength and muscle size on the injured side through what is known as "cross education".
Take home - If you have an arm or leg out of action for a few weeks or months then training one side will certainly help minimize muscle wasting and loss of strength on the injured side.
If this is you then hit me up for a session as there's usually always something you can do 💪
