Warm ups are a vital part to getting the most out of our workouts, but they don’t need to be overly complicated. 5-10 minutes walking / cycling and some dynamic stretching will suffice. ​​​​​​​​​

Got out of my comfort zone this morning and joined in a 5km Parkrun at Champion Lakes. Loved meeting so many people, the encouragement and bumping into an old friend!
