This is not the result we wanted from the new motor. Looks like the oil filter failed and blocked off the return which caused the loss of oil pressure in Mistreated. Guess it’s time to try again. The crank should clean up ok so should be able replace bearings and rebuild🤞after a good clean out
So just have to say a massive thank you to the old boy, Moorey the Mistress is going just how you’ve always dreamt mate and I’m damn proud to put her on the big stage against some of the toughest cars in Oz. Your a bloody legend in my books not a bad effort for a backyard build from the sticks😉🍻

Our finals after skid in Mistreated after qualifying in 7th, had to stop short as she run out of oil pressure and didn’t want to destroy the new motor so it’s back to the factory for a tare down and inspection. A lot of positives from the day though so onwards and upwards
Our finals skid in Mistress she is going strong. TBH I feel a bit ripped off with this one they stopped us just before we finished for a tiny fuel leak. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
This is our test run at Good Friday burnouts today. Lucky we went for a test skid because it popped off the top radiator hose before we even got through the tunnel. Quick fix and out again for this hit
