We have two jumpboard classes on Saturday mornings, each slightly different✨here’s how to find your fit 👇

🌿 8AM — Jump Flow (50 mins)
Low impact cardio bursts on the jumpboard with stretching and meditation to end class. Leave feeling energised, reset and ready for your weekend.

💪 10AM — Power Jump (40 mins)
The same great jumpboard format with a little more intensity and less downtime. Short, sharp and seriously effective.

Both are low impact on your joints and guaranteed to set your Saturday up right. 🤍

Not all lunges are created equal. 🤍

One simple change in your body position can completely shift which muscles are working.

✨ Glute focus: Sit your hips back, press through your heel and hinge slightly forward. You’ll feel your glutes and hamstrings doing the work.

✨ Quad focus: Keep your torso more upright, allow the knee to travel forward and press through the ball of your foot. Your quads will definitely let you know they’re working. 🔥

The little details matter. A small adjustment can completely change how an exercise feels and what you’re strengthening.

✨ The Intelligence of Springs ✨

One of the things that makes Pilates so unique is the use of springs instead of traditional weights.

Unlike weights, springs provide resistance in both directions. As you press into the spring, you’re challenged to build strength. As it returns, you’re challenged to maintain control.

This means your body is constantly working to stabilize, coordinate, and organize movement throughout every exercise.

Springs also offer instant feedback. If you move with too much tension or lose control, the springs will let you know—encouraging greater awareness and precision with every repetition.
