FIX YOUR LATERAL RAISES IN 30 SECS
I see people do this wrong on the daily so I’m explaining why the first way is wrong, how to fix it and the proper form.
We need peak tension to occur earlier in lateral raises to get a deeper stretch on our delts. Peak tension occurs when there is a 90° angle between our arm and the cable.
The earlier we can get peak tension on a muscles, the more effective the exercise will be.
