Today, during our weekly mastermind, one of our members shared her story—and it reminded me why conversations about income, entrepreneurship and creating options matter.

She and her husband moved from the UK to Australia hoping for a better future. They had already experienced the disappointment of a traditional business failing. Despite working full-time, they were still struggling financially and couldn't make ends meet.

The financial pressure began affecting their marriage and their relationship with their children. Her husband reached a very dark place, and she shared openly about how difficult that season was for their family.

But then she shared where they are today.

❤️ Their family is together.
❤️ Her relationship with her husband has improved.
❤️ Her husband is happier.
❤️ She's building this business alongside working full-time.
❤️ And she's continuing to create another option for her family.

Let's be clear:

Money isn't everything.

Money can't buy love or guarantee happiness. But financial pressure is real. When there isn't enough to cover what your family needs, it can affect relationships, peace, choices and wellbeing.

That's why creating additional income isn't necessarily about “getting rich.”

Sometimes it's about options.

Sometimes it's about breathing room.

Sometimes it's about being able to say, “We have another way forward.”

Her story today wasn't about money alone. It was about hope, resilience, restoration and finding another path after experiencing failure.

I'm grateful to be part of a community where people can share not only their business wins, but the real stories behind them.

This is why I keep saying:

You don't have to quit your job.
You don't have to have unlimited time.
But you can learn.
You can build.

I didn't have more time. I had the same 24 hours you have. ⏰

When I started building my digital business, I was already busy.

I was working as a nurse.
I was raising my 3 children.
I had family responsibilities.
I was serving in ministry.
And, like most people, there were already plenty of demands on my time.

So I understand when someone says:

“Rebecca, I would love to start the business, but I don't have the time.”

I really do.

But I also learned something important:

You don't always need more time. Sometimes you need a decision, a strategy and a willingness to start small.

I didn't quit nursing.

I didn't wait until my children were older.

I didn't wait until life became less busy.
