By A Lot and out of Two Shoes, he’s cleverly named by his all ladies ownership group after Imelda Marcos, the woman who famously owned 3000 pairs of shoes! 👠

We regret to advise of the loss of stallion Winning Rupert during colic surgery yesterday.

Bringing Rupert to WA was a leap of faith and one we are incredibly proud to have taken. In his short time here, he made a significant contribution to local breeding by offering a proven speed stallion.

He sired 157 individual winners including Iowna Merc, Seonee, Semana and Tintookie.

Ahead of the 2026 breeding season, Rupert was set to receive a great book of mares. To everyone who had supported him by booking a mare this season, we sincerely thank you for your confidence in him and apologise that alternative arrangements will now need to be made.

His legacy will be carried on through his progeny on the track and we look forward to welcoming his final foals in the weeks and months ahead.
